Return and Refund Policy:

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns on any of our products. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Damaged/Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or has any kind of manufacturing defect, we are here to help. Please follow these steps to request a replacement:

  • Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. You can reach our customer service team at care@bongsology.com.
  • Provide Proof: Please include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. This helps us process your claim quickly.
  • Replacement: Once we verify the damage, we will ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund for the value of the damaged item based on your choice.
  • Refund:  In case of refund, we will initiate the refund in 2-3 business days of receiving confirmation from the customer.

Lost Packages:

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a store credit.

Order Cancellation:

In case the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped the shipping fees (if charged) will not be refunded.

Exceptions and Exclusions:

  • We do not accept returns for any reason other than shipping damage or incorrect items.
  • We cannot provide refunds for items that have been used, are not in their original condition, or are not accompanied by proof of damage.
